Hello! Just wishing everyone a Happy Saint Patrick's Day. For those that don't know, here is brief history of Saint Patrick:
Saint Patrick was born in England and as a young boy he was kidnapped by pirates and sold into slavery. After many years of being "pig boy" and praying at least 100 times a day, he was rescued and able to attend school. Not to long afterwards he went back to Ireland (who at the time practiced Paganism..sorry if my spelling was wrong) and preached the Word of God. He died on March 17th.
That is why we celebrate Saint Patrick's day. To remember Saint Patrick and the good he did in the name of God.
Green is the color of Ireland which is why we associate green with Saint Patrick's day and the shamrock is a symbol for the trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
